Hi, I’m Katie Karr!

I’m an award-winning UX Designer in Boston, MA. I’m originally from Saratoga Springs, NY and I graduated with a BA in Graphic Design and Communication from SUNY Oswego in 2015. I currently work as a Senior UX Designer at Workiva, building our world-class, global website.

I'm a multi-faceted design professional with experience in strategic creative direction, user experience, visual design, user research, project management, executive communication and more. I apply design thinking strategies to deliver exceptional user experiences that solve complex business problems. I am passionate about what I do and approach every problem through a user-first lens.

Along with my love for all things design, I also enjoy going to the beach, making pottery on the wheel, reading, and spoiling my rescue pup (she deserves it!).
